"I am extremely pleased with the consumer service! I first spoke with Montana who was very patient getting my insurance info needed to triage me to a wonderful underwriter named Diane. She very efficiently wrote up a policy for my two vehicles and was very diligent making sure I was aware that both policies were exactly as I requested. She then followed up immediately with emails confirming all discussed. Best outcome is that I was able to save 1200$ per year from my previous insurance costs with THE SAME COVERAGE !! AND WITH A LOCAL BUSINESS TOO!
